Nestled on the Con Ba Xa Islet, a 15-minute cycle or 5-minute boat ride from central Hoi An, this all-pool villa retreat is a tranquil hideaway with stunning river views and a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring this captivating region of Vietnam.

A stay here is designed to help guests fully unwind and immerse themselves in this fascinating region of Vietnam. It includes daily spa therapy, along with complimentary cultural experiences such as a bamboo bicycle trail and an evening cultural sundowner cruise.
Families are welcome, with family accommodation and indoor and outdoor kids' play zones. The resort pool offers enchanting river views.

All 60 pool villas are exquisitely designed to create harmony with the natural environment, featuring cool, calm blue and terracotta colours and pitched wooden ceilings. Nipa Villas are open plan, with a small living space leading to an outside terrace and private pools with views of the surrounding Nipa palms. The River Villas are the same size but offer river views. Family Villas have a separate twin room, and for the ultimate in luxury, the Honeymoon Villa comes complete with a four-poster bed, a private pool with 180-degree river views, and its own river dining sala. Each villa comes with its own bamboo bicycle.
