Serengeti Safari Camp, Tanzania
The annual wildebeest migration is the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet –and this small ‘wandering’ tented camp closely shadows this breath taking event, ensuring that you are as close to the million wildebeest as possible. The camp changes location every two weeks – although not during your actual stay. Most importantly, this movement and flexibility is provided without compromising on comfort or quality.

The camp’s six classic canvas safari tents each sit on their own beautiful patch of Africa – just a stroll away from the candlelit mess tent where ‘safari bonhomie’ often lingers long into the African night. The bathrooms are ensuite, with traditional safari style bucket showers and bush toilets. Each evening at dusk, you can return from the day’s adventure to enjoy a hot shower followed by an ice-filled gin and tonic around a roaring campfire.
