Byron Bay & Surrounds, Australia
Located in northern New South Wales, the chic seaside town of Byron Bay is known for its incredible beaches, hot surf breaks, lush hinterland, wonderful climate, laid-back lifestyle and abundance of hip cafés, restaurants and surf shops. It is also home to one of Australia's most stylish retreats, The Byron at Byron, as well as a handful of delightful beach houses.
Byron is perfect for beach lovers with glorious wide, white sand beaches against a backdrop of lush, volcanic hills. Surf lessons can be arranged and there are many wonderful walks - we highly recommend walking to Cape Byron Lighthouse, Australia's most easterly point.
Byron Bay is a two-hour drive south of Brisbane airport or just 25 minutes drive from Ballina airport.
