Lying within 60 acres of tropical gardens amidst idyllic surroundings, Constance Le Prince Maurice is widely recognised as one of the finest establishments in the Indian Ocean. Fringed by an uninterrupted swathe of soft sand and enclosed by its own reef-protected lagoon, this glorious setting promises an uncompromisingly glamorous beach experience.

Highlights
Sleep
Ten of the Junior Suites enjoy a beachfront location, eight are perched on stilts overlooking the lagoon whilst the remaining 58 Junior Suites are dotted amongst the tropical gardens. The individual Villas are either elevated on stilts or boast private swimming pools and direct access to the soft sand.
At the exclusive end of the scale, the aptly named Princely Suite is indulgently lavish. Three bedrooms, two swimming pools, an interior garden and three individual terraces – each of which enjoys a different view of the lagoon – provide a decadent refuge for the most discerning of travellers.
For those with children, the Family Suites feature a master bedroom with ensuite and a sitting area plus a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. The Family Suites are located on the ground or first floor, with views across the sea or tropical gardens, and two offer direct access to the beach. For larger families or those seeking extra living space, there are also some lavish villas, either on the beachfront with a private heated pool or on stilts overlooking the fish reserve.

Honeymoons
Constance Prince Maurice is one of our favourite honeymoon hideaways, with a beautiful beach, private suites and thoughtful service, from fruit skewers delivered to your sun lounger to having your sunglasses cleaned.
The Garden Junior Suites offer excellent value, while the secluded Junior Suites on Stilts sit above the Barachois with views across the lagoon. Dinner at floating restaurant Le Barachois is essential, reached by a lantern-lit walkway through the mangroves.
Honeymoon stays include wine, canapés, a beach bag, plus a candlelit dinner for two.
